
We had an insightful and comprehensive interview with Mr. ‘Karan Chopra‘; Founder and CEO of the Indian (New Delhi)-based start-up “G2One Network”.
“G2One Network” is a digital creative agency based in India.
Below is the full interview that we have conducted with Mr. ‘Chopra’ regarding his start-up company ”G2One Network”;
1. What is it exactly that you do and what “G2One Network” is all about?
G2One Netwoks is an on-line interactive agency focused on effective creative solutions based on strategy, media and production. Based in the heart of New Delhi, India, the company was founded in July 2011 with the mission to empower and to think beyond all the odds by spreading knowledge of technology through the digital medium. The company comes up with a though of making and doing thing vibrant which do fill-up a lot of real spark not only in clients but the clients’ end users also.
2. When has “G2One Network” been founded? And what stage is “G2One Network” currently at?
G2One Network founded back in July, 2011 and currently the company is in the phase to make it stand in the market. With clientele from US, UK, Canada, European Unions and India (majorly). G2One Network is a full-fledged digital media company offering marketing, advertising, designing and consultancy solutions to its clients. This is not it, the company love towards tech standing make it launch its own tech publication name I2Mag (www.i2mag.com) back in late-2011.
3. What is “G2One Network”‘s business model and how does it work?
G2One Network is working towards to spread its wing in more challenging environments ranging from working towards on a whole new domain offering to stay up-to date with the ongoing technology revolution.Our focus not only limit to only one kind of industry but we are pacing ourselves to increase our vertical limits reach from small to large scale industry and so as our business model too.
4. How did your team meet? And who in your team does what?
In our core team, we have five people on board who are taking care of every business aspect of the organization. Since, we are still young, for us saying or dividing the team into different positions (while) working does not make a fit. So, to make things short and say, we are the company of those people who not only put our brains in our job but we believe in putting our heart too.
5. What, exactly, makes you different from existing options, what will make your product and/or service stand out in the marketplace? In other words what’s unique about you and what’s new about what you make?
The answer is simple if we know pretty well that yes, we have to serve clients with fulfilling all their objectives, our aim completes as well as working towards making thing a huge fit for not only us but also to set up the clients example in front of future clientele. We love our clients and so as their projects. The more challenging their projects are, the more we love them.
6. What is your growth like? And what milestones has “G2One Network” achieved so far?
1. We had started with a team of only two people and now we have 25 people on board.
2. Starting as a simple designing company at first, and just with less than two years time, we re-think and understand that what more we can offer to the world, and result in which now we are working as a full-fledged internet interactive agency.
3. Our love for writing take us to a step further and in the first six months itself we are able to start our online magazine name I2Mag: Internet & Design Inspiration Magazine, talking about huge developments going on in the world of tech, mobile, gadgets, social, business and lots more.
7. Who are your competitors? And what is “G2One Network”‘s competitive advantage over them?
Naming the competitors we believe do not make a fit at the moment but talking about our start-up’s competitive edge, “We Mean Business” but with complete “CARE, TAKING CLIENT VISION & OBJECTIVES AT EACH STEP, PUTTING OUR BEST TALENTS.” We are growing but we are really making our paths to fly. Right now it’s the world of us and our clients and their projects.
8. What obstacles did you face and how did you overcome them?
A Start-up do face an obstacle at every other step but time and experience the things worked on on your favor itself. Digging deep, the most important obstacle is to get the ROCKSTAR people on board as if we have such people working under our hood, then we win half the way already. We believe in investing in PEOPLE and this is what we are doing till now and will continue doing.
9. What are the key things about your field that outsiders don’t understand?
People get confused what marketing and advertising can do for them. How a brand created website can do for them? Even, we have seen people who do get confused over understanding how Social Media can make their business vibrant. We are always interested in helping people understanding our business all they just to do is to buzz us, and we are more then happy to help them making our service understand to them.
10. Why are you going to succeed?
Reason I told you already in above question – We believe in two things:
1. We not put our brains but also our hearts as for us our work is our GOD.
2. We invest in people – the ROCKSTAR type – for us having huge number of people do not make sense, but only a “few some” can make us big apart as these are those who really understand our vision and what we want to achieve.
11. If “G2One Network” succeeds, what additional areas might you be able to expand into?
Currently we are only in offering services to our clientele but as soon as we move to next level, our interests includes by starting up internet radio stations chains, digital book store and niche jobs website. All our efforts and resources always aims to dig deeper in the places where we feel our requirement makes sense to giving back to the world.
12. Why did you choose this idea and concept to build “G2One Network” based on?
We love everything that belongs to internet, but it would be something cheesy i.e. something traditional but in different grasp. The things which people do see and feel in their daily lives.
We do have plans for future to bring it on more concepts, more traditional well-beings crafted into digital environment, but things do require time.
13. What have you learned so far from launching your idea?
You, me or anyone can think of an idea, but giving that idea a real shape, that’s a real challenge.
Learning something every day and even the learning not only limit till the tech or digital world that we are offering but everything that collectible required to turn the start-up into a success, which will be ranging from strategy to hiring right people and lots more.
14. Six months from now, what’s going to be your biggest problem?
More people. We are on aim to take this start-up by the end of this year with more talented people working with us and literally for that even if we have to search the whole country for it, we are ON!!!!
Along with this, we still backing up to get investors on board and with next six months time, we do think we may require someone who are interested in being a part of us and our passion.
15. What’s the benefit for the customer/user?
We believe in relationships – which tends to last long – we work for them once not only in surge to make money – but to tie-up a great understanding bond that we do know that what they actually requires and we are available to them 24 by 7. This means if they have even a small problem either in understanding things we are there for them and it goes even if they want to ask thousands of time, we are always with them.

17. Who are your current customers / users? Who are your target customers / users?
Our current users ranging from small to medium scale industry verticals clients. And, we are aiming for 1. To include more verticals on board to offer, and 2. To offer our service from small to large scale industry in every prospective.
Even, digging bit deeper, there are still 1000s of people who are away from the power of digital media, and to make them aware and bring and being develop their mind as part of digital ecosystem, we are always with them.
18. Where do new customers / users come from and what makes new customers/users try you?
New Customers / Users come through listening about us from our previous clients, through directly inquiring us via company website and some through our tech blog I2Mag. Moreover, if they want to know more from us directly, all they have to just do to mail us and we are available from them offering them our best support towards learning.
19. What do your customers / users say about your product and/or service?
Our clients love us, they do listen to us, they understand and over the top they share every prospective in mind with them to turn their product into a huge success. Our foundation stone is on “COMMUNICATION” and our clients does understand the important of that and result of which some are still with us, some are rolling their new products to us and some inquiring about the services we offer.
20. How are you going to scale?
With Clients, For The Clients and By The Clients – We are the company of PEOPLE who bring us so much energy that we mix them back with them with our high energy level and make it spread like a huge wave turning the things into HUGE. We believe in simple words, but aiming for high as chances and opportunities knock one’s door only once but its only a person who do know that yes this is the right time to make it big.
21. What’s the biggest missing feature? The one thing customers/users keep asking for?
Just like every business, customers always looking out for more and with their continuous feedback, we are working towards turning the things more better for them and for us. Plus this is not the one time job, but we need to keep the development rolling and working towards making think big as learning of today and helping customers understand will itself give return back to us in future.
22. Are you going to internationalize? And if yes how are you planning to expand your start-up’s operations accordingly?
Yes, we do have the thing in mind to go international and we are already working towards it. We are undergoing market research and learning on different prospective that will not only make our current business run-up worthwhile but also will offer a great space for future businesses (or products we keep to offer) too.
23. How big do you think you can get? Why? And how you are planning to achieve your goals?
We believe in SKY is limitless and we want to achieve the things in a fast but in proper manner. To say like we want to move and build our business to great foundations worldwide but similarly we don’t want to make any loose in our offerings or energy level towards our clients and their projects. If we think of today as one, then its our target to think at ten level high scale within the next few months time.
24. Are you looking to hire a new workforce? And if yes, what job vacancies do you currently offer and where can potential applicants contact you at?
Yes, we have plans to hire a new workforces in coming months and they includes from the people ranging from marketing to media planning background and to designing to sales background. A company do termed as perfect only if it do having all the right ingredients into in it.

26. What advice do you have for fresh entrepreneurs?
If you want to make big, invest on right things, no matter then it would be people who work for you, the time you invest, your knowledge or even money too as all these investments will one day make a U-turn and will work towards making you and your organization a REAL BIG.
